The staff at the reception desk are supper friendly. the location is incredible. - the room is nicely decorated and extremely pleasant. - Reasonably good breakfast with plenty of good foods. - A nice place for exploring Kolkata.

this hotel was exceptionally comfortable and famous in every respect, had polite staff at reception desk. the a double room was silent, included climate control, a safe box, and multi-channel television. location: the venue was close enough to great restaurants and metro stations and the club. easily reached vien, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

Great location next to Park Street with free parking and easy taxi access. Courteous staff providing free wake-up service and ironing facilities.

By and large, it was good modern and famous place with very helpful staff at reception desk...

We really enjoyed the in-house restaurant options, with tasty and reasonably priced food. The rooftop bar was a fantastic place to unwind. Despite some minor noise from the TV in the next room, the service was top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff provided excellent customer service and attention to detail, especially at the reception desk and Blu Restaurant. The rooms were beautifully designed and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the spa and wellness center, as well as the option to relax by the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. our experience at this place was truly top-notch.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. The music from the night club was a bit too loud, especially on the weekends.
